Our Story

The property was built in 1978 and has 50 units with a number of different floors plans for one and two bedroom units. Condo fees cover heat, municipal water, sewer, garbage collection and ground maintenance. The complex offers a work shop, recreation room, BBQ area and coin operated laundry. Each condo has assigned parking with an electrical plugin for the winter months.
